Located on the serene Gulf of Mexico beach in quiet Fort Morgan (outside of Gulf Shores), Cair Paravel offers amazing views and the convenience of vacation-goers' dreams. Uniquely situated, the property offers spectacular views of both the Gulf and Mobile Bay. The property was renovated in 2021 and the boardwalk was updated in 2025. Convenience is key with the pool and the beach just steps from the house. The pool deck is large enough to serve meals, play games and soak up the sun. Swim laps or just lounge in the huge pool while the little ones enjoy the small wading pool attached to it. A short boardwalk leads directly to the open, white sand where you can set up an umbrella or tent and chairs, kayak, fish, search for sea shells, or just relax on the beach. The West Side has 6 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. The first level of the house includes the large, open living area, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom. First level bedrooms include one king bed and full-size bunk beds with views of the Mobile Bay. The first level opens onto a screened in porch and sunning porch. The second level of the property includes four bedrooms and two baths, with 3 king beds and 4 twin bunk beds. The Master Bedroom is located on this level and offers unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Suite opens onto a porch complete with a swing. This side also has an elevator if needed. The East Side features 5 bedrooms (+ sleeping loft), 4 bathroom and sleeps 20. Cair Paravel East is a two level home with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, screened in porch and pool. The first level features the main living space, with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and access to the screened porch. The first level also includes a Gulf-view King suite with a full bathroom and opens onto the porch, a second King bedroom and another full bathroom. The living room has a new flat screen tv, and each bedroom has its own Roku tv. The second level includes a sleeping loft with a full-size daybed and twin trundle, a Bay-view bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, a jack-and-jill bathroom, a spacious Gulf-view bedroom with two queen beds, and the Master King suite. The beautifully renovated Master Suite is enormous, featuring a King bed, desk and tv, and a completely new bathroom with a tile walk-in shower and granite countertops. The views from the Master Suite are unbeatable. Take a peak at the Mobile Bay from the bathroom, and enjoy the amazing Gulf views from the bedroom or from the covered porch attached to the Master suite and the 2 Queen Bedroom. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) throughout the house. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Roku TV and Wi-Fi runs throughout the house. Food recommendations: Tacky Jack's Fort Morgan - Just 4min away, this restaurant has a fun, family friendly atmosphere with great views of Mobile Bay. We love their fish tacos and crab claws. There is often live music and events, and our kids love their porch swings. Lulu's Gulf Shores - No trip to Gulf Shores is complete until you enjoy a meal at Lulu's. With a fun outdoor sand play area, arcade, ropes course, bar, live music, and a gift shop, there is something for everyone. Jesse's on the Bay - If you are craving a good steak or oysters, definitely stop by Jesse's. This classy restaurant has some of the best food in Gulf Shores. Bahama Bob's - Right on the beach, this restaurant is another great spot. I try to make a stop here every time we visit to get the pecan crusted flounder.
